Thredbo 'There's Only One Card of the Mountain'

MasterCard signed on to be the 'Preferred Card' of the mountain for Thredbo for 2011 and 2012. As American Express^® was previously the payment card of choice, we needed to drive awareness of MasterCard's new status to help make sure it was top of mind with merchants and top of wallet with consumers.

To achieve this we created a suite of branded outdoor and POS collateral that used the playful and sometimes cheeky idea that there are plenty of things to do, lots of things to fill up on, heaps of style and loads of ways to stay warm on the mountain but 'There's Only One Card of the Mountain' - MasterCard.

The collateral was installed in selected locations across Thredbo mountain, including: ticket sale windows, ski lift pylons, indoor and outdoor eating areas, entry and exit points, retail areas and lift lines.
