A lot of people refer to their car as their 'Baby'. And a lot of
people, particularly women, distrust car mechanics and garages.
NRMA is a company that Australians trust, and now they offer car
servicing at their MotorServe dealerships.
The idea featured real babies acting like cars under the headline:
'Who else would you trust to look after your baby?'
Engaging TVCs were created and supported by targeted DM, press and
outdoor activity. The results were exceptional and included an
increase of 43% for daily car volume bookings and a 164% increase
in visits to the NRMA MotorServe home page.
